On a Mission To Get Voices Heard
Her close-up photography project ‘A CLOSER NY’ (featuring abstract expressionist-like moments found naturally occurring on the sides of walls and sidewalks) won the support of the Manhattan Borough President for its ability to open our minds to the beauty hiding in plain sight. Her later commission-based assemblage work instead focused on beautifying one’s self-perspective; Sherry constructed 3 dimensional artworks to reflect the interests and aspirations of her interviewees. Both forms of art were showcased in many group and solo shows in NYC and Germany.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Tree Goat Media, Sherry is now inventing AI systems to revolutionize the search, discovery, and monetization of spoken word content. It’s proven that there’s nothing like the power of the human voice to make us feel connected. So Sherry is on a mission to make the world’s many, varied voices and perspectives, highly accessible. Her tech ecosystem called Marbyl exists in that sweet spot where our desire for immediate, relevant information meets our indispensable need for human connection.
Sherry’s work is represented by Alp Galleries in Frankfurt, Germany. She has additionally been featured by SCOPE Basel, Communication Arts, Clear Channel, has modeled for Swiss Air, MAC, and Vanity Fair, and her collectors come out of MTV, The Met, HBO, and The New York Times.
