On a mental health journey for as long as I can remember, I’ve managed to stay playful and curious through it all, no matter the amount of pain and loss life has shown to me, too.

I’ve discovered that the simplest shift in perspective can be lifesaving. And every experience has a silver lining if I’m willing to let it reveal itself.
